1. Preheat oven to 180.C. 2. Grease and line a 23cm springform pan. 3. Beat eggwhites with a mixer until firm peaks form, gradually beat in sugar, until thick & glossy. 4. Lightly fold in remaining ingredints and pour into prepared pan. 5. Bake 50-60 mins, until firm. 6.
