1. In a large bowl, gradually whisk the milk and water into the flour. 2. Whisk in eggs and then the remaining ingredients. 3. Heat a pan over medium-high and coat with butter. 4. Add 1/3 cup of the batter and angle the pan to form an even layer of batter. 5. Cook until slightly brown, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook a minute longer. 6.
