1. Beat together egg and milk. 2. Add flour, salt and baking powder mix well. 3. Heat oil in deep skillet until a drop of water spatters. 4. Sprinkle the apple rings with cinnamon. 5. Dip each ring in batter. 6. Fry in oil until golden brown and crisp on both sides. 7. Remove with a fork and drain on paper towel. 8. Sift powdered sugar over the top. 9.
