1. Freeze breasts or steaks for 15 minutes to make it easier to slice thin. 2. Slice into thin strips. 3. Seed and cut all peppers into thin strips. 4. Peel onion and cut into thin strips. 5. Place flour and seasoning into a bag add all peppers and onion. 6. Drop floured veggies onto batter and add to hot oil. 7. Fry until golden about 3 minutes. 8. Repeat until all veggies are cooked and then cook meat the same way. 9.
