1. Cook pasta according to package directions for "Al Dente". 2. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet while pasta is cooking, drain if desired. 3. Add crushed red pepper. 4. Add garlic and cook till fragrant. 5. Add drained beans and tomatoes (do not drain tomatoes). 6. Mix well. 7. Add pasta and heat through. 8. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 9.
