Delicious German Pretzels


1. preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. mix all together till forms a ball.

3. mix dough for 5 mintues.

4. cut dough into 8 or more pieces.

5. roll out into strips about 15 inches long.

6. go ahead and twist into pretzel shapes.

7. bring a pot of water to a boil.

8. dunk each pretzel into the boiling water for 5 seconds.

9. place on ungreased pan after dunking.

10. after you have dunked each pretzel in the boiling water, brush with an egg and sprinkle with a coarse salt.

11. bake for 8-10 minutes.
