Delicious Indian Pista Burfee


1. Mash the cottage cheese and khoya till smooth.

2. Blend in the condensed milk and flour using a mixer.

3. Add powdered pistachios.

4. Mix well.

5. Transfer to a thick bottomed vessel.

6. Cook on slow flame till the mixture becomes thick and forms a ball.

7. Pour onto a lightly greased tray (that's been greased with ghee).

8. Spread evenly to about 1/2 inch thickness.

9. Cool for 4-5 hours.

10. Cut into squares and serve.

11. Store refrigerated in air-tight containers.
