1. Start by blending a teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl until combined. 2. Then crack and whisk the eggs in a separate bowl until completely mixed. 3. Next combine the ground beef, seasoning, breadcrumbs, milk and eggs together. Mix with wooden spoon then hands (for better results). 4. In a separate bowl mix together a 2/3 cup of flour, salt and Italian seasoning. While preparing, a small amount of oil should be heating up in pan on medium-high. 5. Once everything is done being prepared take a 3 inch ball of meat and roll it in the flour mixture, placing that into the heated oil. 6. Cook meatballs flipping occasionally for about 8-10 minutes until compeltly browned and ready. You can eat it with a Italian roll or like I do with spaghetti sauce and noodles. However you like.
