1. Combine eggs, salt, flour and milk in a blender. 2. Blend about 2 seconds in blender. Scrape the sides to combine. 3. Blend 40 more seconds, and then move to the refrigerator. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (more is better). Overnight is best! 4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 5. Pulse batter in the blender a few times. 6. Pour blender contents into a 9 inch pie pan, greased, and bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. 7. Turn heat down to 375 degrees, and bake for 15 more minutes, or until pudding is crisp and rises. 8. Serve with gravy from the meat.
