1. Brown Italian sausage until no longer pink. 2. Drain excess fat. 3. Add onions and garlic and cook until tender. 4. Add carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, chicken broth, red wine, tomato sauce and seasonings, except for the parmesan cheese. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Simmer for 20 minutes, occasionally stir. 7. Serve in large bowl (you will want more!) and add pamesan cheese if desired. 8. Enjoy! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
