Dessert Crepes Helene


1. Spread each crepe with a tbsp of marmalade.

2. Roll up and place in a shallow baking pan.

3. Combine brown sugar, almonds& sour cream.

4. Spread over top of the filled crepes.

5. Sprinkle with orange peel.

6. Broil until bubbly.
