Dilled Green Peas (Tilliherneet)


1. Cook peas as package directs.

2. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.

3. Add shallots or green onions; saute 2 minutes or until soft.

4. Stir in hot cooked peas, dill and pimiento.

5. Pour into a serving dish; sprinkle with cheese over top.

6. Serve immediately.
