1. Add potatoes to large saucepan. 2. Cover with water and bring to a boil. 3. Cook until tender about 20 minutes. 4. Drain and cool slightly. 5. When cool enough to handle cut into halves or wedges. 6. Transfer to large serving bowl. 7. Add remaining ingredients. 8. Toss gently. 9. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to meld flavors. 10.
