1. About 1/2 hour prior to making your ball, remove cream cheese from refrigerator and soften. 2. Chop onions and 3/4 jar of beef. With your hands, mix softened cream cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce and beef; when ingredients are well mixed, shape into a ball. 3. Cut remaining dried beef into small pieces and place on cheese ball in layers and cover. 4. Refrigerate before serving. 5.
