Dublin Short Ribs


1. Place short ribs in a heavy pot.

2. Add water, salt, pepper, parsley and celery leaves.

3. Cover and simmer until almost tender (about 1-1/2 hours).

4. Add onions and carrots.

5. Simmer until the vegetables are done (about 20 minutes).

6. Adjust seasoniongs.

7. Serve with creamy horseradish sauce.
