Dutch Apple Pudding


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F Butter a 9 inch pie pan.

2. Beat eggs and sugar together until light and frothy. Add apples, flour, baking powder, salt and pecans. Spread in the pan and bake at 350 F until brown and crusty, about 25 minutes. Serve warm, but not hot, with whipped cream.
