1. Turn oven on to 350 F. 2. Cake: Cream the butter and sugar, add egg and then the dry ingredients which have been sifted together first. 3. Press into a non-stick flat tin. 4. Topping: Cream the butter and sugar and then add the sifted dry ingredients. 5. Spread over the cake mixture. 6.
