Dutch Cutlet


1. Mix minced beef with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, minced onion, and egg.

2. Form into a flat cake.

3. Put in greased baking tin with 2 cups cold water, tomato sauce, chopped onion and bacon on top.

4. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 1 hour.

5. Garnish with tomato slices and parsley.

6. Serve either hot or cold.
