1. Beat eggs, add milk and beat again.

2. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.

3. add egg mixture and beat until smooth.

4. Heat oil to 400 degrees.

5. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into a funnel.

6. let batter drizzle into hot oil starting at the center and expanding in a circular motion, criss-crossing with the last bit of batter.

7. brown on both sides.

8. drain on paper towels.

9. sprinkle with powdered sugar.
