1. Cream the butter, sugar, and egg yolk with a hand or standard mixer. I used a hand mixer and it worked just fine.

2. Sift flour and cinnamon and gradually add to cream mixture. Spread on a 15x10 baking sheet with edge.

3. Lightly beat the egg white and brush on top, then add the nuts on top.

4. Bake for 25-40 minutes, until golden brown. Cut while still warm and devour.
