1. In a dutch oven saute the onion and celery in butter until tender. 2. Add the chicken and top with the noodles. 3. In a bowl combine the soup, broth, lemon juice, and pepper. 4. Pour over the noodles, moistening all. 5. Scatter the mushrooms on top. 6. Cover and bring to a boil. 7.
