1. Trim beef of all fat and cut into pieces to fit in crock pot. 2. Dump in cans of soup on top of meat- no need to stir. 3. Put lid on and cook on low 8-10 hours. 4. Remove meat from crock pot and pour juices from crockpot into small saucepan. 5. Bring to boiling and thicken with flour or corn starch mix. 6.
