1. Trim fat from meat and reserve. 2. Cut meat diagonally in very thin strips. 3. Heat fat in skillet until there are 3 tbsp melted fat (may need to add oleo/butter if beef is very lean). 4. Remove trimmings. 5. Brown meat. 6. Add 2/3 cup water and mushrooms. 7. Stir in soup mix. 8. Heat to boiling. 9. Blend sour cream and flour. 10. Add to hot mixture. 11. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. 12. Sauce will be thin. 13. Serve over rice or noodles. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
