Easy Apple Gingerbread Pudding


1. Peel and slice apples into an ovenproof dish.

2. Sprinkle over the sugar and water.

3. Place in oven at 350'F/180'C while preparing the topping.

4. TOPPING:.

5. Sift flour, ginger and soda into a bowl.

6. Add sugar.

7. Heat butter and golden syrup and mix into dry ingredients.

8. Pour over hot apples and bake for 30-45minutes.

9. Serve warm.
