1. In a large pan brown the onions until clear, add the garlic and the chorizo and brown for about 6 minutes or until cooked mix in the paprika and the pepper. 2. Add the butter beans and mix in for about 5 minutes. 3. Add the chicken broth & the squash and let boil covered for 20 minutes stirring every other time. 4. Add the corn and cook for 15 more minutes. 5.
