1. Melt the butter. 2. Add the bread cubes,stir until coated. 3. Add the cheese,stir well. 4. Combine the egg yolks,milk,mustard,salt& pepper. 5. Beat mixture well. 6. Pour this over the bread cubes. 7. Beat the egg whites until stiff,not dry. 8. Fold in the bread mixture. 9. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 12x8x2 baking dish. 10. Cover and chill overnight. 11.
