1. Place roast in crockpot. 2. Add 4 boullion cubes. 3. Empty packet of Italian dressing mix over roast. 4. Pour entire jar of pepperocini peppers (DO NOT DRAIN) over roast. 5. Cook on high for 5-6 hours. 6. Using two forks, pull meat apart until it gets that "shredded" look. 7.
