1. Drain as much juice as possible out of the can of tomatoes. 2. In crock pot put tomatoes, onion, red pepper, garlic and jalapenos. 3. Add cumin, cayenne and chili powder. 4. Stir it all together. 5. Put in chicken breasts and stir around. 6. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours. 7. Remove chicken breasts to a plate and shred the meat. 8. Return all meat to the crock pot and stir through. 9. To make tacos I put some meat in the center of a flour tortilla, then top with cheese and a couple slices of avacado. 10.
