Easy Chili Cheesy Enchiladas


1. Preheat oven to 350*. Spray 13x9 baking dish.

2. Cook chopped onion in butter until glassy and tender.

3. Fill tortillas with cheese and onion and roll. Place seam side down in baking dish.

4. Mix chili and enchilada sauce.

5. Pour over rolled tortillas.

6. Sprinkle cheese over top.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. m-m-m.
