1. Cute steak across the grain into thin bite-sized pieces. 2. Pour soy sauce and sherry over steak. 3. Sprinkle with cornstarch and sugar; mix well. 4. Cut broccoli unto thin slices. Peel stem, slice into 2" pieces. 5. Pour half of the oil into a skillet or dutch oven. Add salt and broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from skillet. Add remaining oil and onion. Stir well and add the steak. 6. Cook for 2 minutes. Add broccoli. Mix thoroughly and serve over rice or noodles. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
