1. I know the machine directions say to always add yeast to dry ingredients but trust me, this way comes out so much better & it works great. 2. Add water & sugar to bread machine basket. 3. Sprinkle yeast into water. 4. Let bloom for 10 minutes (It's should become frothy). 5. Add salt, oil, flour, corn meal & powdered milk. 6. Use standard bread setting. I use light crust setting but that's my personal preference. You may want a different crust setting. 7. Let cool 30 - 60 minutes before serving. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
