1. Place beef in a 3 1/2 to 6-quart slow cooker. 2. Mix dry soup mix and beef broth; pour over beef. 3. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8-10 hours, or until beef is tender. 4. Remove beef; cut across grain into thin slices. 5. Skim fat from liquid in pot. 6.
