1. Cook onions in oil until transparent. 2. Add vinegar and simmer gently for 1 minute. 3. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix. 4. Bring to the boil and let simmer gently until the mixture thickens slightly. 5. Cook spaghetti (or pasta) as per instructions on packet. Drain. 6.
