1. Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. 2. Add seasoning to hash browns. 3. Grease a 9 inch pie plate with 2 tbsp butter. 4. Press hash browns onto the bottom and up the sides of the dish. 5. Drizzle with remaining butter. 6. Bake uncovered at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are brown. 7. Combine cheese and ham; spoon into crust. 8. Beat eggs with cream and seasoning pour over ham and cheese. 9. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. 10. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. 11.
