Easy Homemade Ravioli


1. Filling:.

2. In a large bowl mix Ricotta, spinach, egg yolk and parmesan cheese.

3. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Ravioli:.

5. Place 1/2 tablespoon of filling in the center of the wonton wrapper.

6. Moisten edges of wonton wrapper with water.

7. Fold into a triangle.

8. Press edges to seal.

9. Bring large pot of salted water to boil.

10. Drop 12 Ravioli into boiling water at a time.

11. Cook until ravioli floats.

12. Drain well.
