Easy Italian Breaded Pork Chops


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Wash pork chops and dry.

3. Beat eggs and milk in small bowl.

4. In another bowl crush crackers and mix in remaining ingredients (If you have a food processor it makes this step quick and easy).

5. Dip each pork chop in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture coating evenly.

6. Place on baking sheet and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until brown. (Cooking time will vary depending on size of pork chops).
