1. Throw the chicken fillets in the oven at 200 celcius for 20 minutes (include diced potato, carrot, capsicum if you like). 2. Brown the diced onions in a frying pan. 3. Add the other ingredients. 4. Stir in the flour. 5. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce is a good consistency. 6. Cut the chicken into strips.
