Easy Japanese Curry


1. Throw the chicken fillets in the oven at 200 celcius for 20 minutes (include diced potato, carrot, capsicum if you like).

2. Brown the diced onions in a frying pan.

3. Add the other ingredients.

4. Stir in the flour.

5. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce is a good consistency.

6. Cut the chicken into strips. Serve with rice, add chilli powder if it's not already hot enough.
