1. Cook beef and onion in skillet until beef is browned. 2. Drain excess fat. 3. Stir in tomato sauce and salt; simmer 5-10 minutes. 4. Drain noodles. 5. Place drained hot noodles back into saucepan; add cream cheese, evaporated milk and garlic salt. 6. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens. 7. Pour into 8 inch square pan. 8. Spread meat mixture over top; bake 30 minutes at 325. 9. Remove and sprinkle grated cheese. 10.
