Easy Low Fat Cacik (Garlic Yogurt Dip)


1. Firstly prepare the cucumber. Using a teaspoon dig out the seeds and soft flesh from the centre of the cucumber and then use a knife to cut off the skin.

2. Next using a mortar and pestle crush the garlic with a pinch of sea salt.

3. Put the yogurt into a bowl and using a grater, grate the cucumber into the yogurt, stir well. Add the crushed garlic and salt paste and mix in well.

4. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley on top.
