1. Brown ground beef and onion, until meat is no longer pink and onion is soft. 2. Add the water and taco seasoning. 3. Simmer until most of the water is evaporated. 4. Add the beans and the cheese dip. 5. If mixture is still too thick to your liking, add more water. 6. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. 7.
