1. With your mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese spread until creamy. 2. Add the taco seasoning mix to the cream cheese. 3. Beat until well blended. 4. Spread onto bottom of a quiche dish or a 9 inch flat bottomed bowl or pie plate. 5. Add the remaining ingredients in layers over the cream cheese mixture. 6. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving. 7. Serve with tortilla chips. 8.
