1. In a microwave-proof bowl, mix together oil, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder and yoghurt. Microwave on HIGH power level for 5 minutes. 2. Add chicken and 2 tbsps. water. 3. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on HIGH power level. 4. Add cashew paste, garam masala powder and salt. 5. Cook for 12 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH power level. 6.
