1. Before you go to bed, put the oats into a large bowl and pour the water on top. 2. In the morning, peel the apple, cut it in half, then grate it. Put it into a bowl, then stir the lemon juice into it. 3. Gently stir the apple, raisins or sultanas and nuts into the softened oats. 4. Divide the muesli into four bowls and pour a little of the milk into each one. 5.
