Easy Pasta Faggioli


1. In medium stock pot, brown Italian sausage with onions, carrots and garlic.

2. Add beans with liquid, and 6 cups chicken broth. Simmer while pasta is cooking.

3. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook bow tie pasta just until al dente.

4. Add pasta to soup in stock pot.

5. Correct seasonings.

6. Serve hot with fresh bread and Parmesan cheese.
