1. Thaw spinach completely in a colander lined with a few paper towels. 2. This may take a few hours. 3. Squeeze spinach completely dry. 4. Set aside. 5. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. 6. Brown in a skillet. 7. Keep warm. 8. Cook penne according to package. 9. Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pan, add both jars of sauce, tomato and spinach. 10. Bring to a simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally. 11. Continue simmering for 10 minutes or so. 12. When pasta is done, drain and place in a large serving bowl. 13. Add chicken and stir. 14.
