Easy Quick Sausage Rolls


1. Preheat oven to 220 degree C.

2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

3. Cut the pastry sheets in half.

4. Sprinkle cheese over pastry, leaving a 2cm border around the edges.

5. Place 3 sausages in a line along the long edge of each pastry piece.

6. Brush pastry borders with egg and roll up to enclose the sausage and cheese.

7. Cut each roll into 3 even pieces, 1 sausage will be in each piece.

8. Place them, seam side down onto the baking tray.

9. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

10. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.

11. Serve with lots of tomato sauce!
