1. Turn your slow cooker on high, and ensure you spray it with cooking spray. 2. Mix in a large bowl the first two ingredients with your hands. 3. Mix in your grated vegetables. 4. Mix in the soup mix. 5. Turn out onto a clean bench and shape into a loaf. 6. Place on baking paper, and lower into slow cooker. 7.
