1. Blend butter and flour, soup and 2/3 cup water in saucepan. 2. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. 3. Cook for 3 minutes; remove from heat. 4. Stir in sour cream and salt. 5. Soften tortillas in hot oil skillet. 6. Spoon chicken on tortillas; roll to enclose filling. 7. Arrange in a 9x13 inch baking dish. 8. Pour sour cream mixture over top. 9. Sprinkle with cheese. 10.
