Easy Stracciatella Italian Soup


1. In a large pot bring chicken broth to a boil on high heat.

2. Stir in Orzo; cook approximately 10 minutes until tender but slightly firm.

3. Stir in Spinach, salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cook approx 5 minutes.

5. Add in beaten egg to soup stirring constantly.

6. Immediatly serve in a large bowl or individual bowls, sprinkle with cheese before serving.
