Easy Thai Green Curry


1. Mix well the minced chicken or pork with the other ingredients, let it marinate for at least 10 minutes

2. Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender and bring to boil in a medium or large saucepan.

3. Keep stirring the sauce in medium to low fire and add the spiced minced chicken or pork in small portions, using a spoon. These will cook as meatballs in the curry sauce.

4. Serve with rice once the meatballs are cooked (floating in the sauce).
