1. Mix well the minced chicken or pork with the other ingredients, let it marinate for at least 10 minutes 2. Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender and bring to boil in a medium or large saucepan. 3. Keep stirring the sauce in medium to low fire and add the spiced minced chicken or pork in small portions, using a spoon. These will cook as meatballs in the curry sauce. 4.
